This allows you to shop our online range and collect your items directly from a store that has them in stock.&#xA0;In most cases, your order can be collected in 1 hour or less during trading hours. <h3 dir="ltr" id="step-by-step-order-process">Step-by-Step Order Process</h3><ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Choose your store: Select &apos;Pick up&apos; on the product page or at checkout and choose your preferred local VAPO store.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Check availability: Our system checks live stock levels at that location. If any item in your cart is unavailable at that store, Click &amp; Collect will be disabled for that location, and overnight Courier Delivery will be offered instead.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Place your order: Complete your purchase as normal.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Wait for your SECOND order email: First, you will receive an &quot;Order Confirmation&quot; email. Orders placed on Fridays, after 2:00 PM, or on weekends will be processed the next business day. All deliveries require age confirmation via. 18+ I.D. upon delivery.</li></ul>

After 24 hours, uncollected orders will be cancelled, stock will be returned to inventory, and a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. <h3 dir="ltr" id="what-if-i-arrive-at-the-store-before-receiving-my-second-email">What if I arrive at the store before receiving my second email?</h3>Store staff require time to physically pick, pack, and verify your stock. To prevent a wasted trip, please wait until you receive your official&#xA0;&quot;Ready for Pickup&quot;&#xA0;notification before visiting the store.

Collecting Your Order

Click & Collect orders can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded at the same VAPO store location where the order was originally collected. Same-Store Policy: Cross-store returns (collecting at Store A and returning to Store B) are not supported.
