NOTE: We are currently trialing Click and Collect in three of our 30+ stores, Cuba Street (Wellington), Dunedin, and Dominion Road (Auckland) only. We expect to offer this service nationwide in the next few months.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! We offer a free Click & Collect service at all 30+ of our VAPO retail locations. This allows you to shop our online range and collect your items directly from a store that has them in stock. In most cases, your order can be collected in 1 hour or less during trading hours.
Step-by-Step Order Process
Choose your store: Select 'Pick up' on the product page or at checkout and choose your preferred local VAPO store.
Check availability: Our system checks live stock levels at that location. If any item in your cart is unavailable at that store, Click & Collect will be disabled for that location, and overnight Courier Delivery will be offered instead.
Place your order: Complete your purchase as normal.
Wait for your SECOND order email: First, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. Please wait for the second email titled "Subject: A package from order #9999 is ready for pickup" before heading to the store.
Order Cut-off Times
Click & Collect Cut-off: Orders must be placed at least 1 hour prior to store closing to be eligible for same-day collection. Please check our Store Locator for your local store hours.
Courier Delivery Alternative Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Thurs) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Fridays, after 2:00 PM, or on weekends will be processed the next business day. All deliveries require age confirmation via. 18+ I.D. upon delivery.
