NOTE: We are currently trialing Click and Collect in three of our 30+ stores, Cuba Street (Wellington), Dunedin, and Dominion Road (Auckland) only. We expect to offer this service nationwide in the next few months.

What is the return policy for Click & Collect orders?

Click & Collect orders can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded at the same VAPO store location where the order was originally collected.

• Same-Store Policy: Cross-store returns (collecting at Store A and returning to Store B) are not supported.

• No Central Mail-Backs: Click & Collect orders cannot be mailed back to the central warehouse and must be handled directly at the original pickup store.

What if an item is faulty or incorrect upon pickup?

If you inspect your order in-store or discover an issue after collection, present your order confirmation and faulty item directly to staff at the original collection store for an immediate swap or resolution.
