Yes. When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing?. Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points'

No, you're free to choose how many points you use. At checkout will be a point slider where you can select how many Vapoints you would like to use up to the cents!

Points can only be earned through verified product reviews. You'll be invited via email to leave a review when you purchase a product. Usually the email is sent 7 days after you purchase to allow you enough time to get familiar with the product.
Vapoints will not be earned when purchasing a gift card. If you are paying for an order with a gift card, you will earn Vapoints.
