For every dollar spent you will redeem points, dependent on your tier level you will redeem more points as you progress to higher tiers. You will then be able to redeem points for discounts, for every 100 points you will receive a $1 discount off you
Easy - You can earn Vapoints every time you shop!. You only earn Vapoints on the $ you spent and paid for. You cannot earn Vapoints on the portion of your order that was discounted while redeeming Vapoints.

Yes. When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing?. Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points'
Yes. All Vapoints used will be added back to your account (please allow up to 24 hours for this to show).
Yes. We wouldn't be that mean!. You can earn and redeem Vapoints against sale or discounted products. But, you cannot use a discount code in conjunction with redeeming VAPO points.
Unfortunately, you cannot redeem Vapoints against subscription products.

Points can only be earned through verified product reviews. You'll be invited via email to leave a review when you purchase a product. Usually the email is sent 7 days after you purchase to allow you enough time to get familiar with the product.
Vapoints cannot be earned when purchasing a gift card. You can earn Vapoints when paying with a gift card on an order.
