I received a payment failed emailUpdated a year ago

You will receive a payment failed email when your credit card expires, if there are insufficient funds, or if you remove your credit card information from your account. We will re-attempt 3 times (on your selected order frequency date) to place your order. After 3 failed re-attampts we will assume you do not want to continue with your subscription and we will cancel your subscription order.

Your old subscriptions will continue to show in your account under 'My Subscriptions' in case you wanted to reactivate it.
