How do I update my Subscription?Updated a year ago

You can edit your subscription, or cancel, at any time with ease. Follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to 'Manage My Subscription'
3. Find your subscription order and click 'EDIT'
4. Make any changes you'd like and click save. You can make the changes below:
   • Flavour
   • Nicotine Strength
   • Next Order Date
   • Subscription Frequency
   • Delivery Address
   • Payment Details
   • Cancel Subscription

NOTE: To pause or skip your subscription you will need to change your order date to the next time you would like to run. Please keep in mind that the order date does not allow time frames for dispatch and delivery.

Please note, changes cannot be made on the date of your subscription order date as your order has already been processed. Make sure to make changes before your next subscription order date.
