Can I change my order frequency or pause my subscription?Updated a year ago

To PAUSE your subscription, find your subscription in your account and CANCEL your subscription. You will be able to restart the exact same subscription through your account any time after.

To SKIP your subscription, find your subscription in your account and edit your 'Next Order Date'. Set your date to the future to when you want it run again.

To update the FREQUENCY, login to your account, click 'Manage Subscription' and click 'Subscription Frequency'. Update your frequency here. Please note, your next order date will remain the same unless you edit your 'Next Order Date' following the instructions above.
