I have received the incorrect products. What do I do?Updated 10 months ago

Oops! Mistakes can happen, and we are sorry for this!

If there are any issues with your order (including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, e.g. flavour/strength, or cosmetic damage), you must keep the packaging sealed and notify us within 72hrs of receipt of your order, or it is assumed you have accepted the error.

Please get in contact with us with a photo of the product you received, order reference number, and email address that was used to place the order. Our friendly customer service team will get back to you ASAP to advise you of the next steps.
