Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing online?Updated 22 days ago

As soon as your order is placed, we will begin processing it to ensure fast delivery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes, such as cancelling the order (in whole or in part), updating the shipping address or method, or modifying the items in the order.

To ensure a smooth experience, please double-check your item details and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your order has already been dispatched and you want to change the delivery address, you may be able to redirect it through your tracking link or by contacting NZ Post here. VAPO is not responsible for any costs associated with redirecting orders.
